Installation

Usage

Model

Point auth.providers.admins.model to App\Models\Admin::class in config/auth.php. The model implements FilamentUser, HasAvatar, and canImpersonate() returns true.

Panel access

By default only active admins (status = true) can access a panel. Filament checks this on every request, so deactivating an admin also ends any open session or remember-me login.

Override the gate in AppServiceProvider::boot():

Or through config (php artisan vendor:publish --tag=filament-admin-config), with an invokable class called as __invoke(Admin $admin, Panel $panel): bool:

The facade callback wins over the config value.

Panel

The resource sits in the "Management" navigation group. Change it with AdminPlugin::make()->navigationGroup('Team').

Translations

Labels ship in 19 locales (ar, az, de, en, es, fa, fr, hi, it, ja, nl, pl, pt, pt_BR, ru, tr, uk, uz, zh_CN) under the filament-admin::resources/admin.* keys (navigation.*, fields.*, actions.*). Publish them to customize or add locales:

Pair it with filament-user's UserPlugin::make() on the same panel to manage users too.

Extending

The resource pages follow the plugin, so there is nothing else to copy. AdminForm::components() and AdminInfolist::components() can be extended the same way.
