After the download, you have to make one include require_once('vendor/autoload.php');. After that you have to import the classes with use statements.

Example:
If you use only one package a project is not needed. But if you use more then one package, without a project it is not possible to import the classes with use statements.

In general, it is recommended to use always a project to download your libraries. In an application normally there is more than one library needed.
Some PHP packages are not free to download and because of that hosted in private repositories. In this case some credentials are needed to access such packages. Please use the auth.json textarea to insert credentials, if a package is coming from a private repository. You can look here for more information.

  • Some hosting areas are not accessible by a terminal or SSH. Then it is not possible to use Composer.
  • To use Composer is sometimes complicated. Especially for beginners.
  • Composer needs much resources. Sometimes they are not available on a simple webspace.
  • If you are using private repositories you don't need to share your credentials. You can set up everything on our site and then you provide a simple download link to your team member.
  • Simplify your Composer build process. Use our own command line tool to download the vendor folder as binary. This makes your build process faster and you don't need to expose your credentials for private repositories.
Please rate this library. Is it a good library?

Informations about the package utilities

utilities

A basic set of utility classes for use in other modules.

\tr33m4n\Utilities\Data\DataCollection

A simple, iterable collection for storing data

An array of items can also be passed to populate the data collection when instantiating. The collection can also be iterated, for example:

\tr33m4n\Utilities\Config\ConfigProvider

A simple configuration parser and provider. This class inherits all the functionality of a data collection, however when the class is instantiated it will aggregate config files into a nested configuration collection structure. Config paths can be passed to the constructor or defined by setting the global constant ROOT_CONFIG_PATH. The ROOT_CONFIG_PATH path will always take priority when parsing the files, so if you have a config file with the same name in the constructor path and the global path, the global will overwrite it.

The config provider comes bundled with a PHP file adapter \tr33m4n\Utilities\Config\Adapter\PhpFileAdapter. An alternative file adapter can be passed when instantiating the class.

A typical config file using the default adapter might look like:

When parsing this configuration structure, the filename will be used for the root array key and each array item will be converted to a new \tr33m4n\Utilities\Config\ConfigCollection, this might look like:

These values can then be accessed using the data collections get method. For example:

For convenience a global helper function config is also provided which allows access to a single instance of the config provider (set in the registry). Accessing the deep_value using this would look like:
