Azure Blob Storage filesystem adapter for Quiote: a Quiote\Filesystem\ListableFilesystemInterface implementation for Quiote\Filesystem\FilesystemManager, built on the AzureBlobClient from quioteframework/cloud-azure (a hand-rolled REST client, not the official SDK).
