The Education vertical for the decoupled Drupal + Next.js architecture. Applied on top of
pantheon_nextjs_multi_demo, it turns the shared Drupal backend into the content source for an
Education front end.
Requirements
pantheon-systems-ps/pantheon_nextjs_multi_demo: the global backbone recipe, which defines the shared content model and per-site association field. It is a hard dependency and is applied automatically.- Drupal core 10.4 or newer and
drupal/next, both inherited from the backbone recipe.
What it adds
next.next_site.edu: registers the Education Next.js front end, with base, preview, and revalidate URLs. The base URL is a recipe input (base_url), overridable per environment.edu_eventcontent type: the Education-specific Event type (date, location, hero image, virtual-event flag), plus its Next.js site-resolver configuration.nextjs-edunavigation menu: a two-level site navigation, with the Page content type wired to use it.- Demo content tagged to the
edufront end viafield_next_site: 18 pages, 10 articles, and 8 events, with their images and menu links. Only the Education front end renders this content.
