Download the PHP package monadial/nexus-monorepo without Composer

On this page you can find all versions of the php package monadial/nexus-monorepo. It is possible to download/install these versions without Composer. Possible dependencies are resolved automatically.

FAQ

After the download, you have to make one include require_once('vendor/autoload.php');. After that you have to import the classes with use statements.

Example:
If you use only one package a project is not needed. But if you use more then one package, without a project it is not possible to import the classes with use statements.

In general, it is recommended to use always a project to download your libraries. In an application normally there is more than one library needed.
Some PHP packages are not free to download and because of that hosted in private repositories. In this case some credentials are needed to access such packages. Please use the auth.json textarea to insert credentials, if a package is coming from a private repository. You can look here for more information.

  • Some hosting areas are not accessible by a terminal or SSH. Then it is not possible to use Composer.
  • To use Composer is sometimes complicated. Especially for beginners.
  • Composer needs much resources. Sometimes they are not available on a simple webspace.
  • If you are using private repositories you don't need to share your credentials. You can set up everything on our site and then you provide a simple download link to your team member.
  • Simplify your Composer build process. Use our own command line tool to download the vendor folder as binary. This makes your build process faster and you don't need to expose your credentials for private repositories.
Please rate this library. Is it a good library?

Nexus

An actor system for PHP 8.5+. Type-safe actors, supervision trees, event sourcing, and multi-worker scaling — Akka and OTP patterns in the PHP you already know.

Maturity: Nexus is a pre-1.0 actor-system toolkit under active development. APIs are subject to change, several subsystems are experimental, and the project is not yet production-hardened. Evaluate it accordingly before depending on it for critical workloads.

Why Nexus?

PHP has mature tools for HTTP request handling, but nothing serious for building concurrent, long-running systems. When you need actors, supervision, or message-driven architectures, the answer has always been "use a different language." Nexus changes that.

The problem. Building concurrent PHP systems today means stitching together queue workers, process managers, and ad-hoc error recovery. There's no structured way to manage state across concurrent units, no supervision hierarchy to handle failures automatically, and no type safety for the messages flowing through your system.

The approach. Nexus brings battle-tested patterns from Akka and OTP to PHP with Psalm-assisted protocol checking. Every ActorRef<T> is generic — with the optional Psalm plugin and concrete annotations enabled, message type mismatches are caught at analysis time. This is static analysis, not a runtime guarantee: at runtime boundaries (deserialization, dynamic dispatch) types are not enforced. Behaviors are immutable value objects. State is explicitly managed, never shared. The entire API is readonly and final by default.

What makes it different:

Quick Example

Two actors communicating with immutable messages using the Fiber runtime:

For the Swoole production runtime:

For multi-worker scaling (requires ZTS PHP 8.5+ and Swoole 6.2.1+ with --enable-swoole-thread):

For persistence and event sourcing:
