Subtitle exports browsers can't use: SubRip (.srt), which <track> doesn't accept, and broadcast timecodes starting at 10:00:00, which push every cue hours past the end of the video.
This plugin fixes both on upload.
Installation
Usage
Just upload the file in the Panel. untertitel.srt starting at 10:00:01,000 becomes untertitel.vtt starting at 00:00:01.000. Relative timings are kept, correct files are left alone.
