Informations about the package craft-erpy-unit4

Erpy for Unit4

An Erpy connector for Unit4 ERP (ERPx and Business World).

Free. Erpy itself is the paid part — it owns the sync engine, the identity map, the field mapping, the queue, the dead letters and the log. This package's whole job is to translate one vendor's API into Erpy's canonical documents.

Installing

Then add a connection under Erpy → Connections and pick it from the ERP list.

What you need to know

The most customer-shaped ERP here

Two Unit4 estates rarely expose the same resources: it depends on licensed modules, how your partner configured them, and whether you are on ERPx or Business World. There is no set of endpoint names that would be correct for everybody.

So everything is configurable

Every resource path is a setting, the defaults are the ERPx conventions, both authentication schemes are offered, and any field can be corrected on Erpy’s mapping screen. That is not a shortcut — it is the only design that survives contact with a real Unit4 implementation.

Ask your implementation partner

Which resources exist, and which query parameter filters them to records changed since a moment. Put the resource paths in the Resources settings and the parameter in Changed-since parameter (lastChangedFrom by default). If your estate has no such parameter, leave it blank: every sync then reads everything, which is slower but misses nothing.

What it syncs

The connection screen shows exactly which entities and directions this connector supports — it is generated from the connector's own declaration, so it can never advertise a flow it has not implemented.

A field is wrong

Correct it on the mapping screen: a rule whose target is a canonical field (sku, unitPrice, customerCode) overrides what the connector read, before anything reaches Commerce. No fork, no wait for a release.
