Some PHP packages are not free to download and because of that hosted in private repositories.
In this case some credentials are needed to access such packages.

Some hosting areas are not accessible by a terminal or SSH. Then it is not possible to use Composer.
To use Composer is sometimes complicated. Especially for beginners.
Composer needs much resources. Sometimes they are not available on a simple webspace.
If you are using private repositories you don't need to share your credentials. You can set up everything on our site and then you provide a simple download link to your team member.
Simplify your Composer build process. Use our own command line tool to download the vendor folder as binary. This makes your build process faster and you don't need to expose your credentials for private repositories.

Informations about the package php-api-library-core
php-api-library-core
The core code for the PHP API Library.
Overview
The core philosophy behind the PHPAPILibrary project is to allow developers to only have to write business logic when building an API.
Whether that API is an HTTP RESTful service, an SDK that consumes an HTTP RESTful API, or something else entirely, like a binary notification API, this project seeks to provide a universal API abstraction.
Beyond having a powerful abstraction, the PHPAPILibrary project seeks to achieve that goal through a minimalistic, modular implementation. When using this library, as few external dependencies as possible should be included. For example; if you're not building an HTTP API, you shouldn't need GuzzleHTTP.
