If you use only one package a project is not needed. But if you use more then one package, without a project it is not possible to import the classes with use statements.

ZzAntares (https://github.com/zzantares/proxmoxve). This package
allows easy use of the ProxmoxVE package by adding a
facade, and a config file.

Installation
Add the package h1g/proxmox to your composer.json

Add the service provider and alias to your app.php
Fill in app/config/proxmox.php. This file contains the Proxmox API
connection information, and must be filled in before use.
