No olvides setear en tu .env las variables MELI_CLIENT_ID, MELI_CLIENT_SECRET, MELI_REDIRECT con los datos correspondientes a tu app de MercadoLibre

Debido al orden en que se cargan los paquetes podrias obtener el mensaje Driver [meli] not found, en ese caso asegurate de registrar el Service Provider en tu archivo config/app.php de laravel
