The PHP binding of the Causalontology standard - reified causation as a programming-language-neutral standard and shared commons. Bundled sodium/hash extensions only; passes all 137 conformance checks at specification 4.0.0, of which 38 are driven by the frozen shared vector files in conformance/vectors/ and 99 are implemented in this binding's own runner. The twenty-one JSON Schemas are vendored at bindings/php/spec/schema, so an installed copy validates without a checkout. (Sources under bindings/php/; this root manifest exists because Packagist reads the repository root, like Package.swift for SwiftPM.)
