'SecurityTxt' creates a 'security.txt' file in accordance with RFC 9116

This is a preprocessor for SCSS files to generate CSS files in Kirby. It uses the scssphp library https://scssphp.github.io/scssphp/. This Kirby plugin automatically processes SCSS files when they are changed. Optionally, you can use this Kirby plugin to generate 'Critical CSS'.
